As Supervisory Board Member, Nicolai represents the shareholders of Adragos. He is Partner at FSN Capital, which he joined  in 2014 and where he since lead several industry-shaping deals.

 

Prior to FSN Capital, he gained experience in business strategy, operations and M&A at McKinsey & Company where he was an Engagement Manager. He also has deal structuring and execution experience from Kromann Reumert law firm where was an attorney-at-law specializing in M&A.

 

Nicolai holds a J.D. in law, a B.A. in law, and a B.A. in philosophy.
